The captivating story-teller Tobi Sunmola drops a track a month from his new EP ‘Never Forget We’re Here/Tales From The East IV’, from Sept to Dec 17.  Having moved from Nigeria to Manchester at the age sixteen, Sunmola developed a passion for music at his local youth centre studio. Owing much of his early success to the tight-knit Manchester music community, regional support from the Metro and Manchester Evening News helped identify his potential. Named as MOBO’s ‘One to Watch’, the emerging talent has since been championed by Huw Stephens and Mistajam on BBC Radio 1 and 1Xtra, whilst Complex, Flavour Magazine and Lost Culture have been writing about his ‘stunning versatility’ online. Capping these successes with a performance at Radio 1’s Big Weekend in 2016, the up-and-comer is now hitting the studio with Joe Hertz, Bipolar Sunshine, Wretch 32 and Jacob Banks.

Since winning the MOBO Unsung Award, West London native Alika has shown she is an exciting new face on the UK music scene. While busy building an impressive reputation, Alika's recent collaborations with Nadia Rose, "Poltergeist”, and Sente, "Toothless”, have proved popular and have both received support and airplay from radio stations including BBC Radio 1 and BBC Radio 1xtra. "Toothless" has since been selected to accompany Missguided’s new TV campaign. Alika was included in the BBC's New Talent Hot List for 2017, yet another testament to her rise to recognition and her talent. In addition to this Alika was approached to be a part of Idris Elba’s BBC3 Takeover, where she was given a national platform to showcase her skills, by dropping 16 bars on part of the music for the documentary. Also being one of the few female working engineers in the music industry, she has manned the desk for Novelist, Cadet and Tamera Foster at her Aquarius VIP Studio. Upcoming singles with Heavytrackerz and CliQ will be released shortly and in the meantime, she is working on her own project, due to be launched at the end of 2017.
