Fresh off producing a string of tracks on both XL Recordings’ New Gen album and Nines’ critically lauded debut, newcomer Jevon releases his hotly anticipated single ‘Do The Road’.
Premiered via Hunger Magazine, the cut provides just a snapshot of what this multifaceted individual offers to the current landscape. Produced by Greatness Jones (French Montana, Dave East, Avelino, Kojey Radical), ‘Do The Road’ sees Jevon deliver a cutting retrospect on youth, regret and poor decisions laid over a trap-infused, infectious beat.
Speaking on the track Jevon says;
 “The song is pretty much self-explanatory, it represents a time in my life I’m not proud of but an important part of my journey to where I am going to.”
‘Do The Road’ follows the addictive Justin-Timberlake-sampled ‘Bipolar’, with its clever wordplay and easy flow, the track set media alight with support hailing from GRM Daily, MTV, Complex and Viper.
