Applications Now Open!

In recognition that artists who live outside London often face more obstacles, ILUVLIVE is launching their first fund exclusively for artists who reside outside the M25. Applicants are invited to apply for £1000 funding and will also receive guidance and expertise from the iluvlive team over a six month period with monthly mentoring calls. Only one act will be selected from each application round but acts can apply multiple times. There will be two rounds this year and we aim to expand the programme to encompass sixteen awards divided by geographic regions in 2023.

ILUVLIVE Owner Rachael Bee says ‘The artist development programme has proved hugely popular and whilst the main programme is open to artists from anywhere in England,  we felt there was a need for specific funds outside of the London region. We look forward to helping more artists early on in their journey and expect some recipients to go on to receive the larger open grant at a later stage.’

ABOUT THE PROGRAMME

In 2014, having successfully launched Izzy Bizu utilising the in-house team at iluvlive, we officially launched our artist development programme with funding from Arts Council England. We have now worked with over 15 artists including Nao (when she was part of the Boxettes), Laura White, Lylo Gold, Jords and Emmavie, all of whom subsequently signed recording and/or publishing deals. The Programme was born out of a desire to help acts further their careers via our expertise, platform and networks.

We currently run two programmes:

  • ILUVLIVE AD (Artist Development) which is open to all artists resident in England and offers a £5000 grant and 12 months of mentoring

  • ILUVLIVE AD Regional which is open only to artists resident outside of the M25 and offers a £1000 grant and 6 months of mentoring
