    The founder of ILUVLIVE, Jade, has been at the forefront of UK music for over 20 years, with creativity being at the epicentre of her work. Working across global projects with brands, television, fashion, arts, radio, events, community, publishing, management, and records.

  • Jon Mansfield (JM)

    Founder/CEO MusicConnex, MiSoul Radio

    Jon has over 35 years of experience as an entertainment executive in Music, Media and Events. His experience covers a wide spectrum of multi-media coverage of successful large-scale live events including Glastonbury Festival, Electric Proms, Kiss, Smash Hits, Mixmag and Kerrang! Most recently he founded Global Soul a radio station, events company, distributor and Artist management company supporting emerging talent.

    A marketing professional with experience of over 15 years - of creating and developing award-winning global campaigns for some of the world’s leading brands and talent, including Sony, Syco, Beyoncé, Playstation, YouTube, Twitter and Samsung, among many more.

    Jasmine Dotiwala has over 25 years of experience as a Series Producer, Head of department, manager, broadcaster, producer, director, Inclusion Leader and columnist at brands like Netflix UK, Media Trust, Channel 4 News, MTV and more.

    Radio Broadcaster/ Presenter, DJ Capital Xtra, Consultant

    Ras has a standing history with iluvlive’s brand, understanding our history and ethos as an original host.

    Currently, Ras brings the best of Dancehall, Reggae and Afrobashment as a host of his own Reggae Recipe show on Capital Xtra. He is a respected artist in his own right, a record producer and founder of RKTheDJProductions

  • Laura Lukanz

    Head of Music Amazon Music UK/ANZ

    Previously, she was Executive Vice President of Artists, Writers, and Producers at First Access Entertainment where she oversaw the careers of developing artists, writers and producers across the management, label and publishing roster.

    Prior to FAE, Laura was the Head of Music at national BBC digital network; BBC Radio 1Xtra.

  • Chris Panayi

    Senior Partner at Hentons

    Chris Panayi is a senior partner at top accounting firm Hentons with 40 years of music business experience. Chris has had a successful career within the music industry running his own company until he merged with Hentons in 2017, working closely with agents, touring teams, musicians, and managers.

    Music Week awarded Chris and Hentons Accountancy Firm of the Year for 2022. Clients include Emeli Sandé, Mabel, Laura Mvula and Disclosure among a few

  • Katherine Parrott

    Director of Marketing, International Department BMG

    Katherine Parrott has been working in the music industry for over 20 years.

    In that time, she has worked in music marketing for some of the biggest artists in the world at Sony, Parlophone and Warner Brothers, but she also helped develop the careers of unknown artists through to household names. In 2017, she set up her own creative marketing and digital consultancy agency, helping develop artists and brands with strategy. She now works at BMG as Director of Marketing in the International department

  • Eunice Obianagha

    Founder, ENSPIRE Management / Head of Diversity, UK Music

    Eunice Obianagha is the Founder of ENSPIRE Management, a project and event management consultancy focused on music, culture, and entertainment.

    She has produced landmark events, including the MOBO Awards, which have been broadcast internationally on platforms like BBC, ITV, and YouTube. Her portfolio spans clients such as Pinterest, Ted Baker, and NBC Universal, and she led the first Nigerian production of ITV’s "The Voice."

    As Head of Diversity at UK Music, she drives industry-wide diversity initiatives and serves in leadership roles across various organisations, including Small Green Shoots, Board Member of Liverpool’s Local Visitor Economy Partnership, is a member of the BRIT Awards Voting Academy and a Music Advisor for the PRS Foundation.

    Dean Ricketts built upon his background in fashion styling, music and image making and founded The Watch-Men Agency in 1989, a strategic marketing and creative agency specialising in 'how people live in cities, or if you prefer 'urban culture'.

    As a Lawyer at SSB Solicitors, which is among the most respected music law companies in the UK, Paul works across both independent artists and international stars.

  • Jords

    Artist, Songwriter & Producer

    Jords is a multifaceted artist, who first impressed with his 2016 debut mixtape ‘Means To An Ends’, and received major attention for his A Colors Show performance with his single ‘Rice & P’s’, to dropping an EP ‘Swings & Roundabouts’ in 2022. His core focus is celebrating Black culture through his artistry and unveiling its exposure through his music.

    Artist, Songwriter & Producer

    Multi-talented singer/songwriter, producer and DJ, Emmavie is best known for her unmistakable sultry signature R&B sound. Born and raised in London with roots in West Africa. She is a gender non-conforming queer artist forever working to take and create space in a binary music industry. Despite the challenges, Emmavie has made an imprint on the world of R&B both with her unique tone of voice and with many musical collaborations that span across the globe.
