ILUVLIVE is a live music and artist development platform. We are a Not For Profit National Portfolio Organisation funded by Arts Council England and have been operating since 2004. Initially, a London based showcase hosted by Ras Kwame and Twin B, we supported Ed Sheeran, Jessie J, Tinie Tempah, Emeli Sande, Chip, Wretch 32, Ella Mai, Ms Banks, Little Simz, Ray Blk, Izzy Bizu and Plan B to name but a few often on numerous occasions and years before they were signed. We currently run 30+ events a year across six UK cities (varies slightly from year to year) offering a monthly residency in London, six events a year in Manchester and Birmingham, occasional events in Leeds, Bristol, Leicester and Brighton and a range of iluvlive presents shows. Alongside this, we run an artist development programme, have a small record label and manage Izzy Bizu and Emmavie.

We are looking for an innovative digitally savvy super organised all-rounder to assist MD Rachael Bee with the smooth running of iluvlive as well as managing our social networks and blog. We are looking for someone who can create a voice for iluvlive as an organisation and devise a creative strategy to grow our online networks. You would also be devising campaigns for the acts we work with in a management capacity and on the artist development programme. You would be working Monday to Friday from 10pm- 6pm at our Tulse Hill office with overtime required on event days. 

Assisting Duties would include:  

o  Collating statistic’s for arts council reporting

o  Keeping accurate records and processing information 

o  Office admin including printing, scanning, answering phones, writing emails, taking minutes in meetings, booking travel, handling expenses and invoices and organising meetings

o  Creating a monthly newsletter and mailing list database maintenance

o  Creating /updating presentations using Keynote

o  Helping manage the diaries of the acts we manage and assisting with day to day management issues 

o  Updating budgets and templates 

Digital Manager duties would include

o  Devising and creating a digital strategy to carry the business forward 

o  Working with the acts we work with on a digital strategy 

o  Creating and curating content to help engage our audience across our socials and website

o  Ensuring a social plan is in place for all significant music events so we are commenting on the action with content ready of any previous iluvlive performers

o  Creating a monthly report assessing the impact of your work and providing online statistics for our quarterly and annual reports

o  Updating our blog with relevant and engaging content

Person specification: 

Essential

·      Practical individual with previous office experience

·      Excellent attention to detail

·      Creative ideas and solutions and quick to learn and adapt as required 

·      Strong communication skills, both verbal and written 

·      Highly motivated, with the ability to deal with the routine tasks as well as the more interesting aspects of the role 

·      Flexible and able to prioritise workload

·      Hard working and enthusiastic with a positive attitude 

·      Disciplined and organised 

·      Comfortable working under pressure in a constantly evolving environment

·      Excellent IT skills including a good knowledge of Microsoft Office

·      Tactful, diplomatic and discreet 

·      A good knowledge of the UK music scene

·      Excellent knowledge of social media and the online world 

·      Regular user of social media platforms and passionate about music and the digital landscape

·      Some previous digital marketing experience 

Desirable

·      A ready knowledge of the Music Industry and the opportunities / problems we collectively face 

·      Knowledge of photoshop and ability to create and edit artwork

·      Knowledge of Final Cut Pro and ability to edit video 

·      Previous experience in artist management 

·      Previous experience at a record label

·      Previous creative digital strategy experience 

·      Experience in devising digital marketing plans

·      Experience in placing media spend online and utilising Facebook business manager 

The role may sometimes involve travel to UK events or aboard with artists on our management roster.
