Job Ad: Office / Event Manager

We are looking for a super organised all rounder to assist with the smooth running of all things iluvlive.  As a small team managing a lot, we need someone who is flexible and can assist in all areas of the business. You will be working Monday to Friday from 10pm- 6pm at our Tulse Hill offices with overtime required on event days.

Duties will include but are not limited to:
•Assisting MD Rachael Bee and GM John Hendricks
•Assist in all aspects of marketing campaigns and event management, from basic office admin to supporting and developing ideas
•Office admin including printing, scanning, answering phones, writing emails, taking minutes in meetings, booking travel, handling expenses and invoices, and organising meetings.
•Assisting with the completion of weekly reports on current projects (chart positions, sales figures, artist activity).
•Compile, maintain and distribute a weekly Marketing and PR update for all acts in promo mode
•Create monthly newsletter and mailing list database maintenance
•Website & Social Media updates.
•Assist on coordination of all release assets for marketing and promotion (press photos, press releases, clips, banners for online etc.) to be saved to the network. Establish meaningful asset delivery database for all projects.
•Create presentations using Keynote.
•Helping manage the diaries of the acts we manage and assisting with day to day management issues
•Updating budgets and templates
•Overseeing our intern

Person specification:
Essential
•Practical individual with previous office experience.
•Excellent attention to detail.
•Creative ideas and solutions, and quick to learn and adapt as required.
•Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
•Highly motivated, with the ability to deal with the routine tasks as well as the more interesting aspects of the role.
•Flexible and able to prioritise own workload; hard working and enthusiastic with a positive attitude.
•Disciplined and organised.
•Comfortable working under pressure in a constantly evolving environment.
•Excellent IT skills including a good knowledge of Microsoft Office
•Digitally savvy
•Tactful, diplomatic and discreet.
•Confident and passionate about developing a career in the music industry.
•A good knowledge of the UK music scene

Desirable
•A ready knowledge of the Music Industry, and the opportunities / problems we collectively face
•Experience in other parts of the industry
•Regular user of social media platforms and passionate about music and the digital landscape.
•Knowledge of photoshop and ability to edit artwork
•Previous experience in running events
•Previous experience of artist management or record labels

The role may sometimes involve travel to UK events or aboard with artists on our management rosta.

Wages  £19,000 -£25,000 per annum depending on experience.
