This week, the rising South London artist ZION has released new single ‘Lay You Down’ which is out now on all digital platforms.

Produced by renowned London production collective THE FANATIX (Giggs, Nicki Minaj, Chip, Style G), 'Lay You Down' has Zion lending his smooth vocals to the production of the R&B vibes and Afrobeat influences. On top of that, the latest track has received its first play from DJ Target on 1Xtra

Directed by Luke Biggins (Stefflon Don, MNEK), the visual was shot in London’s infamous Cargo venue and Notting Hill and is an ode to Mario's classic 'Just A Friend'.

After gatecrashing the UK R&B scene last year, the 19-year-old British-Nigerian talent has been on the rise making waves with recent tracks ‘Friendzone’, ‘The Point’, ‘No Wahala’ and ‘Her, Her and You’ and has collectively garnered nearly 5 million streams to date.

This month will also see ZION headlining a sold out O2 Islington Academy2 show.
