#LiveShow | Mahalia to perform at Leicester HMV store this Friday (6th Sept) - and you can be there

To celebrate the launch of her debut album  ‘Love and Compromise’ this coming Friday (6th September), Mahalia is set to perform live and to also sign copies of her album at the HMV store in a city centre store located in her home town Leicester at 5pm. 

If you’re around the city and want to gain access to the homegrown R&B star, you will need to get the wristbands at HMV Leicester with the purchase of ‘Love and Compromise’ album on the day of the event. You can also pre-order the album in-store to guarantee your place.

To promote the album, the singer-songwriter will also be having ‘Love and Compromise’ tour worldwide with the UK dates in November. This included a date at London’s prestigious Roundhouse on 25th November.

Following the release of Mahalia's first EP "Head Space" at just aged 14, her career has took off ever since with a role in Noel Clarke's 2016 film Brotherhood and a tour with Ed Sheeran. 

After winning YouTube's One To Watch award, Mahalia has since been nominated for BRIT’s Critics Choice Award this year and went onto support Ella Mai on the US tour. She has also recently being titled as YouTube Music's New Artist On The Rise and has performed at Glastonbury Festival earlier this summer in the UK.
