An enchanting new release from the talented Pip. Stupid People; about being in love and being let down. The juxtaposition of want and disappointment; feelings we can all relate to.

The complementary visual beautifully films couples on a forest, and may we add the warm colour adjustment adds to this torn feeling of the song.

The quirky, Manchester born artist said in a recent interview:

“It’s about longing for the old and then realising it was shit anyway, and feeling kinda stupid for ever wanting it at all.”

Her honesty in person and through her music is so refreshing and combined with her mesmerising soul voice, she is going to go far musically!
