iluvlive calls for Talent Selection Advisors to help with their next Artist Development Open Call
iluvlive, the UK’s leading platform for emerging artists in Black music, is seeking dedicated volunteers to serve as Talent Selection Advisors for its Artist Development Programme Open Call in partnership with Stellar Songs.
Volunteers will play a key role in discovering new musical talent by reviewing and evaluating artist applications and helping iluvlive maintain an efficient and high-quality selection process.

With so many talented artists applying, this role is crucial in identifying and supporting the next generation of musicians. We’re grateful to those who share our passion for artist development and look forward to working together and extending our community of emerging artist advocates.”
This role offers valuable experience in talent scouting, artist development and providing insight into the vibrant and ever-evolving UK music scene. Volunteers will gain access to hundreds of emerging artists and get recognised on the iluvlive website. They will receive social media support for their music-related initiatives and complimentary tickets to iluvlive shows.
Volunteers can contribute as much time as possible, whether a few hours a week or more during the 4–6 week rollout period. A minimum commitment of 3 hours is encouraged. Those passionate about emerging music and artist development are encouraged to apply.
