#NewVideo | Big Narstie ft Donae'o - 'It's Yours'
Brixton Grime Legend Big Narstie has released a new video for 'It's Yours' featuring musically versatile artist Donae’o this week. Also produced by Donae’o, this Afrobeat-inspired track is already taking off with 500,000 streams and specialist radio support. It now gets a fresh boost with the launch of its official video.
Big Narstie began as an underground teenage rapper during the first wave of Grime in the early 2000s. His sharp-witted lyricism, fluid flow, and all-around positivity has made him an in-demand collaborator for other acts such as Ed Sheeran, Professor Green, Robbie Williams and Enter Shikari. He even shot into the Top 10 with ‘When The Bassline Drops’ featuring Craig David - a track which attracted 50 million streams. He then went onto to win Best Grime Act at the Urban Music Awards on five occasions, Noisey’s Man of the Year, and Personality of the Year at GRM Daily’s Rated Awards. Since Big Narstie started his own show 'The Big Narstie Show' in June 2018 which features guest celebrities and top performances, the show was nominated for a BAFTA and in 2018, had won two major TV awards - Best Entertainment Show at the National Reality TV Awards and Best TV Presenter at the MVISA Awards.
Based in North-West London, Donae’o went way back with his classic UK garage cut ‘My Philosophy (Bounce)’ in 2002. Since then, this talented singer-songwriter, producer and MC went onto release many tracks from Grime to Garage, UK Funky to Afrobeat and beyond. This included 'Party Hard', 'Gone in the morning' and his last release 'The Party's over here'.
We're very grateful to have Big Narstie and Donae'o performed at iluvlive in the past. Watch them in their early days on our flashback videos below:
