The South London Songstress first turned heads as a Soundcloud artist when she first started dropping music back in 2016. Fast forward to 2018 with the release of EP release ‘Blue Rivers in my Wrists;’ Yiigaa moved to other music platforms like Spotify and listeners have continued to roll in.
After performing at the Boilerroom Festival last year, we’ve been waiting for the next big song drop and in the midst of Covid-19, it has come! New track ‘Closer’ is this pop/Afro swing tune that will be stuck in your head all day! Yiigaa’s angelic voice (reminiscent of Nao & Aluna Francis) combined with this foot tapping beat will have you up and dancing in no time!
