Artist Development act VALNTNA shines at Global Soul at KOKO
As Managing Director of iluvlive, it was an honour to celebrate one of our Artist Development roster, VALNTNA, as she took the stage at Global Soul's Honour Roll. Moments like these remind me why we do what we do: supporting and amplifying the voices of emerging talent.
VALNTNA brought her magnetic energy to the stage, delivering a performance that was nothing short of heartwarming. I was proud to introduce her to the stage at the iconic venue, KOKO.
Global Soul, founded by iluvlive's very own board chair Jon Mansfield (JM) & Franklin Sinclair, continues to push the boundaries for soul and R&B in the UK. This event was a celebration of community, culture, and the artists shaping the future of these genres. A lineup featuring names like RUBII, Poppy Ajudha, Jerome Thomas, and more was a powerful reminder of the depth of talent we have right here at home.
Following the success of last year's inaugural event, this night solidified Global Soul's reputation as a tastemaker and a unifier, bringing together artists, DJs, and organisations that champion grassroots music. As someone deeply invested in this scene, I'm proud that iluvlive could play a role in such a necessary and impactful celebration.
